Ronda Bailey

Ronda serves as the Chief Lending Officer for OKCU. She has more than 20 years of experience serving in community financial institutions. She has a Master of Banking degree from LSU and a business administration degree from Kansas Newman College. Ronda enjoys all aspects of lending but is passionate about finding the story behind the numbers.

In her free time, Ronda enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband of almost 40 years, daughter and son-in-law. An avid writer, she also published her first book, E2: Effective & Efficient Living, A 2nd Peter Formula, in 2022. She also enjoys sewing and is active in her church.
