What do I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?
Call OKCU immediately at 405.606.6528 or 877.677.6328. If it is before or after our normal business hours, call MasterCard at 866.760.7119. Then, call OKCU as soon as possible on the next business day. Our Card Services Team will disable the credit card to limit unauthorized spending. To better assist us in servicing your account, please let us know where your card was lost/stolen and the last authorized transaction on the card.
When should I receive my credit card statement?
Statements are available online and mailed out on the 11th
of each month.
When is my monthly payment due?
Your monthly payment needs to be received by the 7th of each month.
Can I change my credit card due date?
Unfortunately, credit card due dates cannot be changed.
What is the cutoff time for credit card payments?
Credit card payments made after 5 p.m. will be applied to the next business day.
How do I make a Payment on my credit card account?
The easiest way to make a payment is with the Make A Payment button on the Account Overview page. By entering your checking or savings account information, you can have a payment posted to your account the same day if the payment is made before 5 pm CST. Also, you can make a payment by stopping in at your local branch or by mailing your payment to:

How do I make a cash advance?
You can use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to make a withdrawal at an ATM or visit a financial institution that offers cash advances. Cash advances are limited to 20% of your limit. For example, if your limit is $1,000, cash out is limited to $200. The daily limit for credit card cash advances is $500.
How can I select a PIN for my credit card?
Call 888.891.2435 to select a PIN using the home, work or cell phone number listed on the account. When asked to enter your birthdate, you must enter it in MMYY format. For example, if you were born in July of 1983, the format would be 0783.
How much cash can I get off my credit card?

How can I get my credit limit increased?

I am traveling internationally, can I use my credit card?
Your card will work in most countries. Due to fraud trends, we may restrict transactions in certain countries. We do strongly recommend that you call our Card Services Team at 405.595.3500 prior to your departure as a fraud protection measure.
Why am I receiving a Card Activation Query pop up when I log in to Manage Credit Cards?
This notification will pop up 60 days before your credit card expires. Please hit Cancel until you receive your new credit card in the mail.
How do I activate my credit card?
When you receive your credit card, please call the number provided on the activation label on the card.
What are Pending Authorizations?
Includes transactions where a merchant has sent an authorization against your account but the charge has not posted yet.
What is APR and how do I find my APR information?
APR stands for annual percentage rate, this is the amount of interest billed to your account for the convenience of carrying a balance.
Where can I view my line of credit limit?
You may view your credit limit and the balance remaining for purchases and cash advances on the Account Overview page once you have logged into Manage Credit Cards.
