How can I select a PIN for my credit card?

Call 888.891.2435 to select a PIN using the home, work, or cell phone number listed on the account. When asked to enter your birthdate, you must enter it in MMYY format. For example, if you were born in July of 1983, the format would be 0783.

How much cash can I get off my credit card?

Cash advances are limited to 20% of your limit. For example, if your limit is $1,000, cash out is limited to $200.

When should I receive my credit card statement?

Statements are available online and mailed out on the 11th of each month.

When is my monthly payment due?

Your monthly payment needs to be received by the 7th of each month.

Can I change my credit card due date? 

Unfortunately, credit card due dates cannot be changed.

How can I make a credit card payment?

You can make a credit card payment through online banking or the mobile app. After logging in, click on your credit card under your accounts. Once you are redirected, click on the payments tab.

What is the cutoff time for credit card payments?

Credit card payments made after 5 p.m. will be applied to the next business day.

What can I get with my Rewards Credit Card points and how do I use them?

To view points and redeem rewards, log into online banking via your computer or the mobile app. Click on the button labeled “Redeem Rewards” or call 855.475.0800 to redeem. You can use your points to earn travel rewards, cash back and gift cards to national and local businesses. 

Why aren't my reward points showing up?

It can take up to 30 days for your point balance to be viewed online. 

What do I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?

Call OKCU immediately at 405.606.6528 or 877.677.6328. If it is before or after our normal business hours, call MasterCard at 866.760.7119. Then, call OKCU as soon as possible on the next business day. You can also put a Card Stop on your credit card through SmartControlsTM. NOTE: When you receive a new card, you will need to turn the Card Stop off or it will continue to block your transactions.
