How do I Redeem my Points?
Simply log in to your OKCU Digital Banking account to start redeeming! Need to sign up for Digital Banking? Use the link below to get started.
1 Log into your OKCU Digital Banking Account.
2 In the menu, click "Card Management", then click "Reward Points."
3 Choose what you'd like to redeem your points for, and follow the prompts to complete your redemption.
You're done! You will receive a confirmation email with your redemption details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your current available points balance is listed in Digital Banking. You can see the balance on your home screen of Digital Banking as well on in the rewards points redemption page.
Points will expire on the last day of the month, five (5) years after the date of issuance.
Cash back deposits may take up to 5 days to appear in your OKCU checking account.
Gift cards are delivered within two to three weeks from redemption.
