OKLAHOMA’S CREDIT UNION COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY 

Oklahoma’s Credit Union manages this rewards program and website. The Credit Union is committed to ensuring our members’ data remains safe. The credit union has implemented and is committed to maintaining appropriate layered security defenses to protect against cyber threats. The Credit Union maintains controls to ensure appropriate prevention, detection and response capabilities. The Credit Union’s Information Security Risk Assessment is updated annually and includes evaluation of current cybersecurity threats and potential vulnerabilities. The credit union’s cybersecurity profile is maintained and updated as needed to reflect changes in the threat or control environment. OKCU has an Incident Response Plan that provides for a Crisis Management Team. Cyber security events also fall under the duties and authorities of the Crisis Management Team to assess the situation, determine an appropriate course of action, and communicate with appropriate internal and external parties including notifying NCUA within 72 hours after a reportable cyber incident has occurred.
