Our Digital Teller is an innovative, virtual "branch in a box," offering you nearly full-service banking - at your fingertips - all from the comfort of your car. If you have a question or need assistance, you can also chat with an OKCU teller via video during regular business hours.
Branch in a Box
You may have heard of an ITM (interactive teller machine). Our Digital Tellers are just that. Although they look like an ATM, the Digital Tellers can do much more.
Our Digital Tellers are located in the drive thru at our Capitol, Northwest Expressway and South OKC branches. They are open 24/7, 365 days a year.
How is a Digital Teller different from an ATM?
The Digital Teller allows you to do more than a traditional ATM. A few of the additional functions include:
Payments
Loan and credit card payments can be made 24/7 at the Digital Teller.
Unique Cash Increments
Traditional ATMs allow you to withdraw denominations as low as $10. At the Digital Teller, you are able to withdraw denominations as low as $1. For example, you are able to withdraw $56. You can also choose which denominations are disbursed. For example, you can withdraw $20 and choose to receive it as a $10 bill and two $5 bills.
Active Teller Assistance
If you need assistance at the Digital Teller, you are able to video chat with a live OKCU representative during regular business hours. The representative can assist through any issues, help you navigate the Digital Teller and answer any questions you have.
