The easiest way to see your account number is to:
1. Log in to Digital Banking
2. Open the menu and click "Account Services"
3. Click "Account Number"

OKCU's non-sufficient funds fee is $27.50 per occurrence.
If you're an OKCU member, you can access your credit score for free inside Digital Banking! After you log in, open the menu and click "Account Services." Then, click "Credit Score." In addition to seeing what your credit score is, you can also see the factors contributing to your credit score and create a goal and see steps you can take to meet your goal.
After you receive your physical card, it's easy to add to your digital wallet, but we're not able to issue a card number before your receive the debit card.
Overdraft protection varies per account. There are a few ways to set up overdraft protection, including setting up a line of credit, linking to your savings account and more. If you'd like to know your specific overdraft protection, please reach out to us.
Disputing a transaction is easy in Digital Banking. Simply find the transaction you'd like to dispute in your accounty activity. Click on the three dots to the right of the transaction and click "Dispute Transaction." From there, follow the prompts to submit the dispute.
Log in to Digital Banking and open the menu. Click "View Statements" under "Account Services." Here, you can see your most recent tax forms.
If you would like to make a larger withdrawal, please contact us for a temporary limit increase.
OKCU does not currently offer access to a virtual card prior to you receiving a physical debit or credit card.
