- Location Information: Location data may be collected with your consent to enable features such as finding nearby branches or ATMs.
- Photos: Images of checks captured for mobile deposit functionalities.
Use of Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve the App and our services.
- To process your mobile deposit transactions.
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud.
- To communicate with you about your account and respond to your inquiries.
- To personalize your experience with the App.

- Service providers who help us operate the App and provide our services.

Photos and Mobile Deposits
We use photos captured for mobile deposits solely for the purpose of processing those transactions. We do not store the photos after the deposit is complete. Photos are transmitted securely and encrypted in accordance with industry standards.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet or electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Your Choices
You have the following choices regarding your information:
- You can access and update your information in the app settings
- Delete your account by contacting us
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on the App.
