I'm having trouble opening my statements using Safari and Firefox, can you help?
First, you need to make sure you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer (it's not a standard application on the Mac). Here' s how to tell if you don’t have Adobe Reader installed; a) By default when trying to open up a statement in Safari or Firefox, depending on the version, it will usually open up in a program called Preview or b) When you try to "Save as", the extension will come up as .asp and not PDF. You can download Adobe Reader on this site.
I do have Adobe Reader installed. However, I'm still having trouble opening my statements using Safari and Firefox, can you help?
You will have to update your preferences, Go to "Safari/Preferences" or "Firefox/Preferences" and select "applications." Scroll down to "Portable Document Format". Then, under "action" select "use other" and select Adobe Reader.
