The easiest way to make a credit card payment is with the Make A Payment button on the Account Overview page with your checking or savings account.
Automatic Payments allows you to set up a monthly recurring payment on your credit card account. It’s easy to add, delete or edit checking or savings accounts for your credit card payment. To add a new Payment Account, you will need the account type, routing number and account number.
Visit Payment Activity to check the status (scheduled, in process, processed, canceled) of your payment.
Payments made with a checking or savings account before 5 pm CST will be processed the same day. If you are mailing a payment please allow enough time for your payment to be delivered and posted to your account before your due date.
Payments are due by the 7th of each month in order to avoid a late payment fee.

View account details such as current balance, available credit, payment amount due and payment due date.
Digital Statements are available on the 11th of each month.

If you do not recognize a charge or feel you were billed an incorrect amount, please follow these three steps:
- Double-check your receipts and check with other authorized users of your credit card.
- Contact the merchant where the purchase originated.
- If you are unable to resolve your dispute with the merchant, navigate to Account Services under Manage Credit Cards and select Dispute Transactions. Click the View Transactions button and place a checkmark next to the disputed transactions and click Submit at the bottom of the page.

What do I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?
Call OKCU immediately at 405.606.6528 or 877.677.6328. If it is before or after our normal business hours, call MasterCard at 866.760.7119. Then, call OKCU as soon as possible on the next business day. Our Card Services Team will disable the credit card to limit unauthorized spending. To better assist us in servicing your account, please let us know where your card was lost/stolen and the last authorized transaction on the card.
When should I receive my credit card statement?
Statements are available online and mailed out on the 11th of each month.
What is the cutoff time for credit card payments?
Credit card payments made after 5 p.m. will be applied to the next business day.
How do I make a Payment on my credit card account?

By entering your checking or savings account information, you can have a payment posted to your account the same day if the payment is made before 5 pm CST.
